Delivery curbside only (no carry-in).

Delivery days/times: Mon–Sat, 08:00–22:00 (public holidays excluded).

Lead time: approx. 25-30 working days from order receipt/payment.

Handover only against signature on the delivery note. If no one is present, the goods are returned to our warehouse — re-delivery is charged separately.

Please check the shipment for visible transport damage at handover and note any defects on the delivery note.

Please provide a complete delivery address including a telephone number (for carrier contact).

• Select the "Pickup" option at checkout and collect your items free of charge from our warehouse in Schweinfurt.
  
• Pickup is available Monday to Saturday during our opening hours.
  
• If the item is in stock, you can pick it up at short notice — we will notify you by e-mail as soon as your order is ready for collection.
• Please bring your order number and a photo ID when you collect.
  
• Benefit: No shipping costs, flexible pickup and faster availability when items are in stock.
