• Delivery curbside only (no carry-in).

• Delivery days/times: Mon–Sat, 08:00–22:00 (public holidays excluded).

• Lead time: approx. 25-30 working days from order receipt/payment.

• Handover only against signature on the delivery note. If no one is present, the goods are returned to our warehouse — re-delivery is charged separately.

• Please check the shipment for visible transport damage at handover and note any defects on the delivery note.
