The *opening hours of the warehouse for goods reception must be observed as follows:

Thursday 14:00-17:00

When returning a purchased item, the above-mentioned opening hours must be observed.

If the opening hours are not adhered to, the goods cannot be accepted, and a proper cancellation cannot take place.

As a result, the goods may be returned to the buyer by the shipping company or courier service, and all incurred costs must be borne by the buyer.

*No goods reception is possible on public holidays.
