A. Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen daysfrom the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct cost of returning such goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail (freight goods), is estimated at up to approximately 950 EUR per item.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly personalized to the consumer’s needs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.

General Information

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging provides adequate protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not send the goods freight collect (unpaid).

3. Please note that the above points (1–2) are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
