• Delivery days/times: Monday-Sunday 08:00–23:00 (public holidays excluded).

  
  

• Handover only against signature on the delivery note. If no one is present, the goods are returned to our warehouse — re-delivery is charged separately.

Items that are not in stock require a processing time of 25–30 business days until they arrive at the warehouse and can be picked up by appointment.

Items that are in stock require a processing time of 3 business days.

Pickup at the warehouse is only possible by appointment.
