The order will be delivered free curbside. If the van or truck cannot drive to the delivery address due to road construction, road closures, narrowing of the road or other obstacles, the delivery will take place at the next best possible address or street determined by the driver.

• Deliveries can be made 7 days a week (including public holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The recipient must ensure that someone is present to hand over the order.
• The shipping company will contact you via WhatsApp shortly before delivery.
• Delivery date may vary up to 2 +/- due to traffic conditions
• Individually agreed appointments with the shipping company or their compliance are not the responsibility of the shop operator.
• If it is not possible for a person to accept the goods, the order will be properly unloaded at the address. It is the responsibility of the recipient to take the order into safe custody after unloading.
• Each delivery address is only visited once, so the order will be unloaded even if the recipient is absent and cannot be visited a second time or stored elsewhere.
