• Delivery curbside only (no carry-in).

  
  

• Delivery days/times: Mon–Sa, 08:00–22:00 (public holidays excluded).

  
  

• Lead time for items in stock: up to 10 working days - if an item is not in stock, the delivery time shown on the product applies from the date of order.

  
  

• Handover only against signature on the delivery note. If no one is present, the goods are returned to our warehouse — re-delivery is charged separately.

  
  

• Please check the shipment for visible transport damage at handover and note any defects on the delivery note.

• Select the "Pickup" option at checkout and collect your items of charge from our warehouse.

• Tuesday - Friday from 09:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 20:00
• Saturday 09:00 - 18:00

• Pickup available from the next business day after order placement.

• Please bring your order number and a photo ID when you collect.
